Not an amazing attitude from the lady serving me. Gave her a £10 note to pay, was rudely asked "Do you not have a card to pay with?"If I want to pay by cash I will, it was rude the way she asked.Additionally, my drink was lukewarm despite me requesting extra hot, but I only realised this when I was in my car and had no time to notify them of this. This happened between 12:45 and 1pm. Normally no problems with my order here.
Got to say the Costa Coffee at Milton Tesco has a wonderful team- super helpful and REALLY friendly. I had to wait there for a lift after a car accident and the staff really looked after me. It was clean everything presented with care and pride and nothing was too much trouble. Others could take a leaf out of this places book. Can't recommend enough - you won't be disappointed.

Went today with my son and I managed to smash a coffee glass all over the table and floor. Amazingly kind and helpful staff member checked we were ok, thoroughly cleared it up and even replaced my drink, being cheerful all the time. Great service and staff that go above and beyond.
