The staff, especially Maria, offer an incredibly friendly environment that encourages relaxation. In my case, being new to Cambridge, they have displayed profound emotional generosity by letting me dialogue with them while also being completely respectful whenever I am with my friends and otherwise engaged. Drinks are well priced, delicious. Food is amazing. If you are going to be in the area, I highly recommend coming here for friendly staff, great service, and a delightful experience.
Came to The Golden Hind on a Friday night with the lads and was welcomed by all 4 of the friendly, Friday Girls. Service was prompt and the Girls pour a mean Baby Guinness! Would recommend to anyone coming out for a drink with friends

Friday midday, popped in with a group of 10 colleagues, no reservation - but we still got a table, and our orders were taken very quickly. Food was nice and good value. Sizeable portions.
