Pleasantly surprised by the experience, didn’t have very high hopes after reading the numerous bad reviews on TA but thought we would try it, as the location is great. First time to this Prezzo since moving to Cambridge. Big fan of other Prezzo outlets.We made a mistake with the booking (day was wrong). The lady who was at the door was not overly welcoming, and displeased at our incorrect booking - she made this pretty clear. When we advised that an infant would be joining us she came across as pretty abrupt.Can’t fault the food or drinks.
