A little off the beaten track, this large modern pub is a real find for beer lovers. An extensive range is on offer, many of them brewed in the on site micro brewery. This is run by Vanessa, the brew master (or mistress), a very knowledgeable lady of beers and wine, who will give you a guided tour of her operations.Only had sandwiches and portion of chips, but good and wholesome pub snack.Will go again.
We dined here for lunch on Sunday. The service was prompt and very friendly and the food was very tasty. The bearded barman/waiter was super helpful and really looked after us. Great place to visit for a drink or to dine.

It's a very good pub. The food is also nice, but the price is too high for the size you get, so sorry to add this comment. I just couldn't believe £7 plus service on 2.5 chicken strips. It's just not worth it eating out. I am not sure how that can be
