The place is quite big and spacious. We visited the pub during the Christmas break. It was very crowded. The personal were friendly but very busy. The food was good and on the menu you could find different dishes suitable for adults and kids. They also had some options for vegetarians. The pub is wheelchair accessible. For those who want to visit Cambridge using their car, the Lion Yard parking is close by.
I’ve never been such crowded place in Cambridge. A bunch of people everywhere although the place is so big. Always a long queue to buy some drink and not so easy to find a place to sit. Still it is recommended to have fun by drinking cheaper than most places in Cambridge and live the atmosphere with your friends.

Cheap prices (2.59 a pint for IPA), brilliant burger, great atmosphere, varied clientele of all ages and walks of life ... Best of all are the staff. I saw one of their people assisting a vulnerable and upset customer with grace and tenderness not often seen anywhere these days, and never in busy pubs in my experience. The award-winning toilets are spotless and elegant. Coffee for 1.50 with endless free refills. Simply the best.
