I visit this mc Donald's weekly spending on average £50 to feed the family and e ery week at least one item is missing from the order but when you go up to the counter the item is always there are its always a burger they forget ?are they thinking you don't know ? So they can selling to some one else ? And you very rarely get sorry about that ?
Typical mcdonalds food everyone knows. Ely branch though No matter when you go they ALWAYS forget something in your order always double check you bags before you leave and not when you get home.

Always love this McDonald's. The staff are great and the atmosphere is nice. The food is always to a good standard too.Kid-friendliness: The lobby staff always make a fuss of the kids and make them feel special.
