Had a great lunch today, really nice atmosphere in the bar area and all 6 of us enjoyed the food. Good vegetarian options and all meals had generous portions. Haven’t been here for a meal before but definitely recommend ?
We stayed for 1 night in this lovely friendly Inn and followed it with a delicious breakfast, our room had its own private area with table and 2 chairs which would be delightful to sit out with a cuppa and a book in spring/summer

We were so pleased to see how crowded the bar was. The pub was buzzing. We were found a table in the bar, which we preferred to eating in the conservatory. The staff were plentiful. Service was quick. We did have to wait a bit for my partner's main but that was okay because it was very pleasant sitting in the .bar and enjoying the friendly atmosphere.
