Ordered a soya latte. Arrived quickly. The service was good. The place can get very busy during the commute hours and can slow down service and this is inside a railway station. Otherwise fine.Dietary restrictions: Had the usual Costa range of milk substitutes and snacks.
All of the staff members are extremely friendly and very attentive. Drinks are served up to the standards. Place is always clean as seen the staff clean up after every customer. I also read one of the reviews, that mentioned Beth being rude? I was actually there where the situation happened, and I can confirm that this is not true. We were blown away by how hard the team were working at Costa this morning. The queue was going out the door and every member of staff was communicating clearly and being so friendly. Very impressive ? I would have said something in the moment but it was so busy I didn't want to interrupt. Thanks guys!
