Called in for a quick tea, nearly an hour later we got to eat it. Only ordered two pies, a portion of chips and a portion of peas. Sat waiting g and wondering if they had lost the order or if I had entered some parallel universe for about 45 minutes , then finally I was called to the counter to collect it as the generous portion of chips were being wrapped up. Love this place. Food is really tasty and good value. It does take a little longer to get your food but absolutely everything is cooked fresh to order. Staff are very polite and friendly.

Recently had Fish and Chips from here and it will be the last time. Quality has deteriorated dramatically over the years after the local family sold the business. Very greasy food. The fish was mostly batter and chips average. They need to improve substantially.
