Staying locally in our caravan so took a walk with our 3 whippets and called in for a drink before walking back. We where welcomed the dogs where fussed and we had a drink.. must try food as the menu looks
Simply Amazing, we were on holiday, you will never ever find better hospitality anywhere I promise you. Bank holiday so kitchen closed and they allowed us to bring fish chips inside even provided cutlery and condiments. Even provided us with local guidebooks, oh and did I mention the ale is legendary… if i could give 6/5 i would, i wish all pubs were run by people like this !!!!! Thank you

Impromptu lunch at this lovely, traditional pub in Tattenhall after a day out in the area. We both had the chicken Yorkshire pudding wrap, which came with stuffing, huge chunky chips, peas and a whole jug of gravy each! Might not look like much, but there was plenty of meat in those wraps ??? Friendly, welcoming staff and a good range of beers too. Worth a stop off, if you're in the area.
