I think I've given an amazing review before for the coach house but I had to review again after our visit today. This place has to be the cosiest and best place to enjoy a drink and some lovely food in Chester. It's family run which makes it even better. The food we had today was absolutely gorgeous, the service, the atmosphere was just perfect. Even my mum who is the fussiest vegetarian in the world gave her beetroot burger 5 stars! An outstanding pub (I've not stayed in the hotel rooms) where lovely staff do a wonderful job of serving amazing food and drinks. I've only recently moved to Chester but it's already become one of my favourite places to go.

Had a reasonable turkey dinner, but to be honest, nothing special. I wish I'd had something off the normal menu. Overall, though, a nice pub with a good atmosphere. I'll give it another go in the New Year.
