Went for the Festive Stuffing Tower Burger. Ordered from one of those horrible self-serice machines (what a clever way to cut labour costs ?). The machine didn't warn us the stuffing was finished. Hash browns were subbed without asking.
Ordered food through the drive thru, told to wait in the parking area for order pick ups only as it would be delivered to us, 30 minutes later after only ordering 2 wraps fries and a drink we get our food given to us by a member of staff who was kind enough to apologise for the wait to give us the order and it ending up being FREEZING cold. It’s clear our order was completely forgotten about as in no way does it take 30 minutes to cook up a combination of fries and two wraps....read full review

Ate in. Ordered the gravy double bucket with some extra hot wings. The mini fillets were excellent, the hot wings and chips were also good. The original recipe pieces were only Drumsticks and Thighs, which is a shame as I like to have a mix of the lighter and darker meat. Someone had a problem in the toilet and was unclean, I'll spare the details.
