Really disappointed with our anniversary meal at the Brasserie Crewe Hall. I can’t tell if it was an off night or this is normal from an AA rosette restaurant. The list seemed endless with what went wrong and quite short with right. To begin 1: crumbs on seat! 2: drinks orders wrong (x3 times) 3: glasses for table water - never any table water brought though. 4: veg - easily the worst part of £100+ meal - surely Edam beans, peas, courgette aren’t hard to get right. 5: meat...read full review

Absolutely fantastic place. Loved the charm and opulence of Crewe Hall. Stopped off for a drink and look at the hall itself. Simone was just amazing. Super friendly, professional and have a detailed overview of what the hall had to offer and the hotel itself. Will certainly be back again and special thanks to Simone for making us feel so welcome.

Dinner was great and so was the delightful company. Drinks at the bar and most of supper were served by the spectacular Simone’. We had the fillet steaks, duck and fish. Highly recommend it.
