Very spacious clean, brightly lit pub. Excellent polite cheerful professional staff. Served today by Cerys and Kayleigh. Prompt service, cash or card accepted. Call me with my wife for lunch. Both of us choose the pulled pork baguette with cheesy chips. The service was quick and the food was excellent, and plentiful and very reasonably priced. My wife couldn't finish all of her baguette, so Cerys, who I assume was the manager, and if she wasn't, she should be, "doggy bagged" the remainder. The pub was spotlessly clean, and the atmosphere welcoming. All the staff were polite, pleasant, and very professional. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant pub, best in Ellesmere Port by a long way. Bar staff are always conscientious and friendly and it has a nice atmosphere and a really good manager who is excellent with all customers. A great pub always has a top manager! Been in late and drunk on a week night when it’s quieter and never get rushed out. Can’t fault it at all really. Ten out of ten ??
