I hate to write negative reviews but I have to be honest and say This is the dirtiest costa I've ever been to. The toilets are awful!! Really really bad.The service is not the best. I have rarely had a hello from the women on the till and one in particular left another (who was lovely and working very hard on the machine making the coffees and doing most of it herself) she didn't come to see what I was ordering and continued chatting to her friend over the counter which went on...read full review

I wanted to thank Fay and Clayton from the Handforth branch of Costa Coffee for excellent service this lunchtime. Both were extremely helpful, professional and friendly and they are an asset to Costa! I will definitely be returning soon
