Staying in the area for a few days, we turned to TA for help finding a morning coffee stop within walking distance. This place ticked all boxes. Friendly staff, nice surroundings, good coffee and delicious cinnamon toast. Other people's breakfasts looked good too.
Stopped off here with my sister this morning and was pleasantly surprised. I have been to St Annes more times than I care to remember,but had never even realised this was here. Its a lovely old building,not tampered with which is lovely,the food was excellent,and all the staff, without exception, were friendly and efficient,even the ones not serving us,smiled back if we caught their eye,and having been in far too many places where the staff seem to see their customers as a nuisance...read full review

It was a pleasant atmosphere, where you can step out into the lovely Ashton gardens before or after a meal. A great place for a coffee, meal and a chat. The staff were prompt and friendly, the food was delicious, especially their signature burger meal and portion sizes were generous. Definitely worth a visit.
