A special mention has to go to Rebecca behind the bar, who truly makes the place shine. Her friendly, attentive service and warm personality make every visit a pleasure. She’s knowledgeable, efficient, and always happy to have a chat while keeping everything running smoothly - a real credit to the pub.
Fantastic service, a brilliant atmosphere, and staff like Rebecca who go above and beyond. Highly recommended - we’ll definitely be back!

217 Birchfield Rd, WidnesFirst time we went to pesto looked at the portion size and said to my wife the portions are tiny. After eating I then said some one has put the time to see how much food people left and worked out food was being wasted due to being too much on your plate. What you get is just right .the staff are very attentive without being in your face. Was last there for our anniversary.8/8 /25 .my wife order a cocktail when asked if all was okay she said her cocktail was to creamy for her taste they offered to change the drink no extra charge. My own rating would be all the stars.well done pesto.

Nabies in St Helens was fabulous in its day and I have yet to find another resterraunt that comes up to par. Well today I have. Zaika resterraunt in Alford Street Widnes. Absolutely authentic and tasty, (I am talking about the takeaway service).
I will visit the restaurant to see if consistency is still there.
Definitely get a takeaway. It arrived and at first I was cautious because it apoeared greasy but wow what flavours, all the meat was fresh, all the vegetables fresh. I would definitely recommend it if you want to taste true Indian food.

Prescot Rd, Ditton, WidnesWent last Sunday, travelled 40 mins to get here. Its safe to say it was worth the drive. Meat melt in the mouth. Roast potatoes, crispy on the outside fluffy in the middle. Yorkshire puds lovely. Vegetables, we thought were lovely, but everyone likes the veg different. Gravy was truly delicious. I would recommend this place and we will return as a family. Staff informative, polite and attentive. Best pint of stella I have had in a pub for a while. Booking recommend, but we were told if walking in do it before 2pm, we didn't book but will be sure to next time.

It is a lovely comfortable relaxed atmosphere and the food is always spot on. My favourite the special chow mein. Also the tea time special meals are really good too.

105 Albert Rd, WidnesWe've ordered from Pappas for several years now always been pizzas. Tonight we order chicken kebabs. They were some of the best kebabs we've ever had. Fresh flat bread with fresh salad and very juicy tender real chunks of chicken. These kebabs aren't reformed chicken pieces. They are fresh chicken cooked on a grill. Will definitely be ordering again. Thanks Pappas for a tasty tea.

I had the spicy pork with noodles and my partner had the fajitas—both were delicious. The menu had a great choice too. Really impressed and we’ll definitely be back!

117 Albert Rd, WidnesCurrently doing some work behind for a customer of ours with many properties in the area.Whilst working behind this takeaway, out of kind they came out with burgers and chips for us, the food was tasty and hot. I also noticed when the gate opened I could see throughout the buisness and everything looked clean and tidy.Most of all the appreciation for genuine nice people that care for others. Thank you.

The owner was serving us and couldn’t fault him, he went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and make sure we knew what dishes were recommended.
