Arrived very late but handy to know the reception was 24 hours. Very straight forward to check in and free parking. The breakfast was great and unlimited, continental and full English all for £9.99. KfC is right next door and McDonald's just a few minutes walk. Rooms are great and plug next to the bed on one side, not sure why they never have one either side, especially if you both want to charge your mobile next to you at night. Called here on the off chance they were still doing food.I had fish and chips I asked for a salad as I don't like peas of any kind very disappointed with the meal presentation, the salad was none existent a few pieces of brown lettuce and a couple of pieces of tomato, no red onion or cucumber how hard is it to garnish?My Husband had a steak asked for well done never seen well done it was pink.. and full of gristle!! not great at all!!Food & drinks: We won’t be going back. waste...read full review

We had a lovely stay at this Hotel. Great location, close to the A30 and retail parks. Kate and all of the staff are all really friendly and helpful. Comfy bed, great breakfast & great staff.
