The best fish and chips around!Definitely " The Plaice to be!!"Fresh tasty fish, perfect batter - not all batter and no fish!Chips were the best! The chips were just too weird - I have never seen white chips before!.....and the cod was so dry and overcooked and basically consisted of just batter! So disappointing and deflating for all the family as we rarely indulge in fish and chips, so this was intended to be a treat.......but ended up in bin! I should have taken photographs to share with everyone............. shall not ever go to The Plaice again nor will I ever recommend.....

Best fish and chips in Bude. Way less greasy than the Mermaid and much crispier chips too.Their curry sauce is great as well.They've now got a touch screen ordering system which is new. I think I was the first person to ever use it based on the reaction though!
