Popped in on my way down the high street as I was new to the town - classic fish & chips is always pricey but service was excellent, even offerd me a plate so I could enjoy my meal.

Absolutely super, no problems and freshly cooked. Just been back and bought 2 small cod and one portion of chips and the small cod was huge and freshly cooked and the chips were super, deffo be back soon! :-) just been back and got a large kebab for a change and it was outstanding! Lots of meat, bed of basmati rice, flat bread and a pot of chilli sauce and the sauce was proper chilli sauce with the seeds in it, the meat was cut thick not like the wafer thin kebab shop slices!...read full review

We were really disappointed with our food. 2 stars given as the fish was nice, although batter a bit soggy, but the Chips were horrid. Cold, stale, very little or no S&V and tasted like they were old. For £28 for 2 large fish and chips, 2 drinks and a curry sauce you would expect a decent standard. And to top it off, no forks put in the bag which made it difficult to eat when we pulled up 5minutes later to do so.
