First and last I'm afraid. The que was out past the door with 2 members of staff. With respect, these 2 need some training... poor knowledge of what's on the menu and when it came to announcing your order was ready... well, a mouse could have made more noise..The only positive side to this review is to say that a female member of staff then joined them and seemed to take over and made a huge difference.Coffee was OK.. but not up to other Costa's ... just tasted kind of weak and...read full review

Hi called in here Fri 11th Aug on our way down to Penzance.Really good quick service but more importantly, welcoming happy staff who were happy to help us with some yogurts we had brought in for our autistic son who has a very limited diet!We will always call for lunch whenever we are traveling down here now and thats because of the staff that day and how they made us feel welcome !Thanks again

Haven't been in for ages, due to a poor experience last time, BUT...They've upped their game, speedy service, polite staff, clean, tidy seating area. Food/drink very good... though hot food range was limited, but that's probably due to the time of year
