Came here for lunch with the childrenQueued up to order. Server finished serving the person in front and then walked away. Someone else said they would just finish with their custome and would be with us. Other server started putting glasses away. Not once were myself or others waiting acknowledged.Ordered food and then waited 45 minutes for 2 burgers, loaded nachos and a kids pasta. It was not busy.When the food finally arrived, it tasted like it had been sat around for a while....read full review

Although it was one of the few eateries open, it did little to encourage a second visit.The wait for our order was over 30 mins and the food, when served looked as if it had been kept under a heat source for a similar length of time and was pretty much dried up. (Perhaps they forgot us⁉️?)Disappointing.

We had breakfast here while staying at the Premier Inn next door. Food choices were very good and plenty available. Seemed to be only one or 2 people keeping everything going but they did a fabulous job. We ate here on a fouple of evenings, always busy but again great value for money, not too long to wait once ordered and the Christmas menu was excellent. Sunday eve was very busy, but the carvery looked really good and was obviously the most popular choice.
