An unmissable experience if you're ever venturing into Porthleven!Without a doubt the best bar, fantastic location, atmosphere, super friendly staff, and amazing food. My only critique would be the cost of a pint, but I can justify it because of the above mentioned. The Ship Inn is the perfect place to relax watching the sunset over crashing waves in the harbour.
This is a great pub. Loads of atmosphere, fantastic food, the best fish pie I have ever eaten, so good I had it two nights running. Dog friendly. The staff make you feel really welcome. It does get really busy so get in early if you want to eat, they don't take bookings, definitely the best pub in Porthleven.

I could never fault this place. The staff are fantastic, always smiling, having a laugh with new & old customers. Kitchen staff are great too. The atmosphere is faultless. If you can't find a place to sit, then sit with someone you don't know, because you will soon get to know them. Food is spot-on. Will always be our go-to pub when holidaying here.
