Friendly counter service.Very busy and more staff needed.Sat in with coffee.One large table for six covered with laptop, note books, pen, blue paper roll, all unattended.Another table had cleaning fluid bottle and cloth left on it.Mop and bucket left by another table.Broom and dustpan left at end of counter.Not pleasant to sit around with cleaning not finished.Sat and observed while drinking my coffee for more than 25 mins.Staff need more training.Given that my usual coffee has...read full review

Unfortunately today I had a soya mocha that was not up to standard and my partner had an peach iced tea which was not exactly iced .. more like the temperature of cold water from a tap. The shop was so busy that it felt difficult to say anything, I ended up just forcing myself to drink it instead of wasting it.

Staff gave the impression that they didn't care and everything was to much trouble. The chicken and bacon sandwich was only 1/3 filled. As a regular user I feel that Costa is not what it used to be. Which is a shame as I am now looking else where for my 11 o'clock coffee fix. Shame.Parking: Crowded location due to multi retail outlets.
