I moved to Newquay 4 days ago and I am already in love. Lovely Costa shop, well taken care of. All the staff I have come across with and met have been so nice and always happy to chat (when not busy cleaning or serving customers. They have amazing spirits! Despite the fact it was busy, the staff were very polite and very helpful. They asked about our day, and showed us the wide variety of cakes available. My only problem is that I didn’t get to chat with the staff

We are regulars at Newquay Costa. Ash is doing a great job as manager. Him and his staff are so friendly and are a great team.They all care about their customers and are so kind to the elderly ones, carrying their drinks and food over to them. They make great drinks also, keep up the good work ?
