Visited for a drink and a meal whilst staying locally.Car park available (smallish) steps down into rear of pub with very friendly staff, although it went a bit quiet when we entered which is a sure sign of a local pub.Our meals were fab, I had the ribs which came with a bone bowl and lemon wipe, and Rattler cyder to drink. Want proper pub food and atmosphere this the pub for you. Doing classic like fish and chips to halloumi burgers with mushrooms. Food good by pub standards services is great and food arrived after about ten minutes wait.

Wonderful pub full of character and charm, big welcome to us and really delicious food had all round the 6 of us, dog friendly too and they also get a menu, would definitely return here as we had a really enjoyable time, keep up the great work ?
