I’d always thought the cultural high point of Penzance is Sports Direct. But this Japanese inspired fish restaurant is something else. If it was in Mayfair or Singapore I’d still be impressed. Enthusiastic engaged chef. Brilliant food and wine pairing. Mind is officially blown. A-maaa-zzzing. Go!!!
