I stayed for one night in The Lookout which was up a staircase above the main building. Reasonable amount of room with a double bed and sofa style bed. The shower was decent enough. Really appreciated the mini fridge and toaster for making my breakfast in the morning. All using ingredients bought from the small local shop across the road.Car Parking is at the side of the pub and I managed to find a space near the end.I left relatively early in the morning so dropped the keys through...read full review

We cycled here for dinner and received a very friendly welcome and a very attentive young man serving who was brilliant. He food servings are large and reasonably priced. Great cycle friendly pub with rack and secure lock facilities around the back. We were also invited to their Sunday pub quiz. Will def pop in again if on the area.

Fantastic food at a very reasonable price in a quaint and quiet little place. Had a superb home made steak and ale pie. Bar staff were very friendly and helpful with all requests. Will be back
