So I've been a customer of Hub Box since it was a shipping container on Lemon Quay in Truro.These days it's a very different beast but their focus on good food and friendly service remains, which is a good thing of course.They have, however, sacrificed value for volume.The burgers are smaller and the fries are more expensive. The staff at Hub Box are fantastic! I visited recently for my son's 20th birthday, and we were served promptly by friendly and polite staff. There was an unexpected incident involving a drunken member of the public walking in off the street, as we were leaving, but the young staff dealt with the situation calmly, politely and firmly. I gave Four stars for atmosphere only because there are some areas which need a clean: the toilets in particular were not in the best state! But...read full review

Always get good food at Hub box. Staff very friendly, willing to help. Very impressed. Have been about six times since 2023. Always the same standard. Lovely child friendly menu. Will keep returning. Thankyou to all staff
