Excellent food, they were a little understaffed but considering this food was out very quickly. The baked Camembert sharer was dear at 12 pounds but the cranberry brioche bun was a nice touch and the other bits that came with it lovely. You really should get a little more here. My only other criticism is that you only get one steak cut serlion or Iron steak, for the steak DEAL. Don't expect a choice and the free wine amounts to 3 medium glasses in total. Absolutely wonderful place . Food amazing and staff couldn't be more helpful. Such a pity it's closing tomorrow as we would have been back for sure . Lovely fresh breakfast and super clean bedroom. Many thanks guys
Was our last night, and we’d been told about the steak night deal, at forty quid for two, including a small carafe of house wine. Someone in a recent review had complained about steak being too bloody ... don’t take any notice ... you cook the steak yourself, on a 200 degC stone! It can be as bloody, or non-bloody as you want it to be. We all chose to take the deal, and one even took the mixed grill alternative.
