The Flying Fleece offers great food and a welcoming atmosphere, especially on its terrace with live music. Staff are generally friendly, particularly to solo travellers and dog owners. The Sunday lunch is superb, but some dishes, like the half roast chicken, may be inconsistent. Overall, it provides a good value experience, although the noise from the adjacent pub can be a drawback.
