Went here with my partner last night and was so impressed with everything!! The team there are so incredibly inviting, friendly and hospitable. The specials we had to start were insane, the pasta and especially the lamb koftas! So tasty. The salmon curry was also 10/10, lovely big prawns too! If only we didn’t live 5hrs away, we would be regulars!

Hosts are lovely and food is wonderful.The menu isn't vast but what's available is cooked perfectly with beautiful balance of flavour.I hope they'll never leave this beautiful part of the country.

We received a wonderfully friendly welcome and felt extremely well cared for from start to finish. Delicious and creative food served with passion. Even though we were dining late (9pm) we were not rushed and would have had time for three courses if we could have managed dessert! Easily the culinary highlight of our short break in Grasmere. Best two evening meals I have ever eaten in my life.Michelin quality food and wine, served by the most wonderful team in an amazingly laid back and relaxed building.This is a destination in its own right and will be the main reason I will return to the Lakes in the future.Do not tell anyone, they will all want to go.
