Beautiful venue, food and service. Visited to celebrate our birthdays and the place did not disappoint. Nicest food we have had in a long while and service was superb. Hope to be back one day. Had the steak as a starter and lamb for the main. Stunning.

My wife and I have eaten here several times in the past few years when on holiday in Grasmere, and it has never disappointed. We visited Grasmere again four four days very recently and were lucky enough to eat here twice. The Jumble Room is always our first stop when in Grassmere. How sad are we that we book our time away to coincide with at least two visits when the restaurant is open (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) ? Yes, its that good! The twice we visited on this occasion, did not disappoint. Thank you to this lovely family for providing such a welcoming, friendly, fabulous restaurant.
