During a rainy visit to Grasmere, Heidi's was a warm and friendly spot to take a break and have a meal. The staff was friendly and the service prompt. I loved that dogs were welcomed (we didn't have a dog but we love them) and I noticed one enjoying a pupaccino! My husband wasn't hungry so had a coffee and cake, while I had a falafel sandwich with coleslaw and salad. Lovely warm place, great food and drink, and very warm and friendly staff.. It was a real bonus visiting here, not only ourselves, but our dog Dotty who thoroughly enjoyed her doggy treats. We’ll look forward to returning to such welcoming place to eat and drink. Thank you.

Popped in here for a quick late lunch just before they stopped serving. Lovely friendly staff, simple but tasty menu of both classics and a few new things (Yorkshire pudding wrap stuffed with sausages!!!!) and some tasty cakes. Food came out fast and was really nice. Quirky decorations if that’s your thing!
