Pubs • “OK, this pub is small but has the biggest and best service. Furthermore the food. Its fantastic, the menu is changed daily, the cook is well made, extremely tasty and well presented,. Definitely worth a visit. Prices are fair too. Oh and for those attached to their phones, the signal is poor so you may find you have to talk to each other instead of texting ???”

Pubs • “Popped into this pub for only the second time. The first time we had a delicious roast and promised ourselves we must go back. Unfortunately , on this occasion , we had already eaten , but upon seeing the food come out we wished we hadn't! Even so , we had a delightful couple of hours and some friendly (and entertaining!) banter with 'the locals' . The barmaid and landlady were both chatty and welcoming. The pub is dog friendly and a proper country pub. Will definitely pop back when in the area again. Many Thanks.”

“Great little pub. Fantastic food and brilliant beers and also super friendly locals and owners. We thoroughly enjoyed an evening meal in here whilst on holiday. The atmosphere is fantastic: very friendly without being overbearing at all - it was great chatting to a number of the locals. Dog friendly as well. Exactly what we look for in a pub and if we're ever back in the area will be returning.”
