We had dinner with the fabulous people at The Dog & Gun on Saturday. We were a large group, so a wee bit tricky for the kitchen and front of house team, but they were great. We had a wonderful evening from start to finish with delicious food. perfect soufflés: for starters a cheese one, or a damson dessert soufflé (every offering from the kitchen perfect). This is a hidden gem. We were so lucky to book it just two days in advance. The tasting menu experience was awesome. Everything: starters, main course and desserts were so delicious. Well deserved Michelin

4 of us visited for the first time. We were given a warm welcome to this very cozy pub. After cocktails we settled on the 9 course tasting menu. All was delivered across the course of 3 very relaxing hours by the lovely and friendly serving staff. Absolutely superb and considering the michelin star was extremely good value. We will return.
