It was OK. It certainly wasn’t disgusting. Everything was freshly cooked but I just wasn’t a fan of the flavours. The BBQ ribs were cooked nicely, but not much meat and the sauce was almost like KFC gravy with a hint of BBQ. I just didn’t like the sauce at all. The schezuan chicken was more like a broth. Stands out from most other Chinese take aways in Carlisle for taste and quality. Bigger portion size than most. Tried three dishes this evening- all excellent.I’ve been ordering Chinese food in Carlisle for over ten years and this place is one of the best currently available for sure

Thought I’d try since I was tired and in the Travelodge but tbh wish I didn’t had chips rice and curry sauce,ribs and spring rolls.Chips rice and sauce was the only thing fully consumed. Ribs and spring rolls were tasteless and went in the bin unfortunately. Great service and friendly staff but food needs improving
