Penny Blue Restaurant & Bar offers superb food and a great atmosphere, with friendly and quick service. The katsu chicken curry is a standout dish, crispy on the outside and moist inside, served with rice and curry sauce. While it can be noisy on Saturday evenings, it is more relaxed during the day. However, there have been issues with pricing not including VAT, which has caused confusion. Overall, it comes highly recommended.
