The PremierPlus rooms are fine and staff are very friendly, but the Wifi is a disgrace - even the paid service doesn't work half the time and staff on site are unable to help, so if you need reliable service, bring a mobile router.
I stay here overnight when I have to do a Scotland run.To start off, if you're looking for a hotel like the Ritzy, then this is not for you. Ideal for M6 big retail park Asda bnm etc for any essentials. Rooms spotless restaurant big separate bar area. Staff excellent helpful. Restaurant food is ok reasonable choice meal deal is a winner. Service was rapid. No complaints.Food & drinks: In my main comment
