We visit Millom every year around the my birthday and we always visit this pub because we always have pleasant experiences.We ate here last night and the steak was delicious. Really flavourful! Chips where crispy on the outside - I have no complaints.My partner got the steak & mushroom pie which he enjoyed too. We had a lovely 2 course meal, although there was an option of 1 or 3 courses also. We had the Sunday lunch and there were several options for dessert. The staff were really welcoming too. I would recommend the Harbour Hotel for families too.

If you’re used to a fancy pants purpose built gastro pub for dining out, then prepare yourself for a change.This is a genuine tidy local pub with great food and friendly staff. The selection of beers is great too.I took my wife and kids and loved it, we would have stayed all night if we hadn’t had to put the kids to bed.We shall be returningKid-friendliness: The boys were made welcome and staff talked to them.
