One of the best places for lunch in the UK by far! Great mains and cakes, lovely atmosphere and sitting outside makes you feel on a dream holiday in a tiny town in Italy. Will plan my next holiday to the UK so that i pass here again. If the staff reads this; Thank you! And keep doing what you're doing!
Had afternoon tea here, was a lovely place, great service and nice food. Only problem was there was only one very small pot of tea included which seems a bit stingy when the cost is £23 and is the only afternoon tea I've had where it hasn't been unlimited tea and coffee. Would recommend changing this as otherwise it was great

A very unusual setting with a quaint and characterful building set among gardens which are part of the larch cottage nursery. The staff were very friendly and quick to serve us. Although much of the food looked great unfortunately the dish I chose was a bit underwhelming. I ordered a four cheese pizza however it tasted more like a margarita with not enough cheese. Wished I had picked one of the slightly pricier but tasty specials from the board.
