Quite simply one of the worst fast food places in the area.On a positive note it's consistent in having what can only be stated as zero customer service training married with an inability to smile, apologise or at times recognise they have customers.Drive through has luckily been stopped of late as again (consistency is a great strength) the order is guaranteed to be (a) anything but fast and (b) bear little resemblance to the order you placed.The only positive of ordering inside...read full review
I think 2.8 average rating of 800+ reviews tells the tale. I waited over 10 minutes at the speaker at the drive thru before getting asked for my order and then another 10+ minutes for the food. This is the opposite of fast food. I have eaten in once which was by far a more pleasant experience.

Nice clean restaurant, staff attentive and friendly. Was offered alternatives when the drink I wanted wasn't on the menu. Ordered my food to take away, but realised there were a couple of mistakes in my order when I got home. The veggie burger was bland and unappetising, according to my husband who can't eat fried chicken. My spicy bean rice bowl had no spicy beans in it, and the Pepsi Max I ordered was actually a Fanta.
