Fantastic quiz night at this local traditional pub. The staff were wonderful and service excellent. Did not have any food as quiz night. Definitely recommend this friendly and well run establishment.
Stopped in for a couple of drinks while visiting family. Lovely country pub with a warm, friendly atmosphere, and the dogs were welcome too. Never had the food, but what I saw on the next table looked amazing! next time, I will stay long enough to have food. Nice outdoor area for sitting front and rear of pub and a nice garden for the dogs to have a run around.Parking: Plenty of parking

Stopped in during a dog walk. Nice clean pub, tables were all clean and free of glasses/plates. Dog friendly and welcome. The atmosphere inside was really friendly with everyone saying hello and served by friendly landlord. Beer was cracking, only thing stopping me giving full 5 stars was not sampling the food. Menu did look tasty though and from today's visit will definitely be back again.
