A good chip shop, although closes very early. Food is well cooked and good quality. Average prices. Recommend the mini fish special, Yorkshire fish cake. Do not recommend the donner kebab which was a bit bland (no naan bread, chillies etc) but okay I suppose. Staff and manager quite polite and service prompt.
Popped in early friday afternoon after missing out for a year due to the pandemic, for a small chips and a small and large cod.The previous owners have since retired and the son is running the business.Well what can i say.. super clean enviroment and still safeguarding measures in place.( if its still good enough for our NHS, then its good enough elsewhere.)The cod was lightly golden battered, ( not something that is going to give you a coranay.) and the cod itself absolutely...read full review

Absolutely beautiful fish and chips, the service was super fast and the young lady that served me (small and blonde) is so friendly and a real credit to the business! Will definitely be coming again
