Always a lovely place to visit. Ordered a meal I've had before and when it arrived it was very small, ask the waiter if it was a kids meal as I was shocked and the response was lacking to say the least. Apart from that it was a great experience.
Went for Sunday roast first time visiting. Had to wait for our food, but to be fair we was told about this before we ordered and it wasnt that long either. The food was excellent nice atmosphere lovely big pub. Glad we went and when we are back in Derbyshire will go again.

Lunch with a friend and my dog. Warm welcome and dog was impressed by the bowl of water and the other (well behaved) dogs. I had the prawn and chorizo risotto - tasty and filling. Excellent situation and we enjoyed a walk around the pond afterwards.Parking: Easy to park beside the pub.
