Love our local pub. Great landlord and lady who know how to build loyalty in customers and keep them coming back. Last night they had a Jamaica food night. What a fantastic meal we had. I am of west Indian decent but born and bred in Nottingham. Both my parents came from Jamaica and I grew up eating predominantly West Indian food. Lovely atmosphere and new landlords that clearly want it to become a friendly local pub again. They are working really hard to clean it up and get it back to it's former glory. Hopefully the kitchen will be back up and running later this year and food will be back on the menu.

What a lovely pub. Such a warm welcome from Richard and Jo. Great selection of real ales. Had 2 very nice pork pies. Fire was lit adding to the atmosphere. Will definitely be returning.
