I had a large carvery with gammon & turkey and it was lovely, my wife had the beef which she said was a bit gristly. The veg was good ( no Brussels though) which are my favourite (but you can't have everything) my son had fish and chips which he enjoyed. We had a drink each, and the bill came to less than £40.00. We took advantage of the deal emailed to me, i.e. roast dinner for £5. It is impossible to complain about food at these prices. It was the standard fare and very good too. Special mention of all the staff who were really friendly and helpful, obviously good management
