There were 9 of us as it was my birthday, we all enjoyed our food and the staff were friendly and helpful. What we didn't enjoy was the fact that there was a quiz on (which we didn't know about) the microphone was so loud we couldn't talk, even between the questions the music was loud. Popped, in for a meal early evening. Been here several times always great food and service. Georgia was very welcoming. We had the Lamb shank off the specials menu. The food was wonderful. Thank you Chef Bertie. The service by Claire was excellent.
Honestly, if you just want to order something from the grill this place is fine, steaks, burgers etc, but don't bother with anything else. We live local and have tried it a few times over the years and are always disappointed. Today is the last time we will bother. Ordered from the Easter special menu 3 courses for 25.99.
