A lovely little gem in a quiet corner. I have often walked or driven past only to think "I'll pop in there one of these days".Recently my local got flooded, which was terrible of course. However, this gave me a push to finally give 'the burnt pig' a go.I was not disappointed, in fact I was so impressed I have returned twice since. Back street pubs are often the best and this is a great pub.The burnt pig isn't big but it packs a punch. Several smaller rooms are perfect for socialising.A log burner too, perfect for a winter evening.
