Very nice battered cod, friendly people and seats to wait for it being freshly prepared. Prices are comparable to other fish and chip shops so can't really ask for anything more really, very good place to come.
Pie was nice, chips ok. Gravy solid, as in we had to add water and mix it at home.I understand that prices have to go up as with everything but you definitely don’t get decent portions for what you pay. We had three pie mixes in which we had more sauce than chips. Pitiful amount of chips and definitely not going to cost much to put a few more in, maybe a bigger box?The kebab was ok. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!My first visit to this chip shop. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. And the chips taste amazing. Crispy on the outside and soft inside, just how chips should be.There was a short wait when I visited on a Friday evening but it was definitely worth the short wait.I highly recommend this shop, and I'll definitely be visiting again whilst I'm in the area.
